This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies are used by Partzer, why we use them, and how you can control them. For a broader picture of how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — so you don't have to re-enter it on every page. Cookies are stored in your browser and sent back to the originating website on subsequent visits.
There are different types of cookies based on how long they persist:
- Session cookies — temporary; deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them
- First-party cookies — set by the website you are visiting (Partzer)
- Third-party cookies — set by external services embedded on the page
We also use browser localStorage, a web storage technology similar to cookies but stored in your browser rather than sent with requests. See Section 4 for details.
2. How We Use Cookies
Partzer uses cookies for a very limited purpose: to keep you logged in to your Partzer account during an active session. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond basic authentication and security.
Specifically, we use:
- A session cookie to maintain your authenticated session after you log in — without this cookie, you would be logged out on every page navigation
- A CSRF-related session value (part of the same session mechanism) to help protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery attacks
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not require your consent to set them, as they fall under the "strictly necessary" category under applicable cookie laws (ePrivacy Directive / GDPR). However, you may disable cookies in your browser settings, which will prevent you from logging in.
3. Cookie Reference Table
The following table lists every cookie set by Partzer's own servers:

That is the complete list. We set no other first-party cookies.
4. Local Storage (Not Cookies)
In addition to the session cookie above, Partzer stores certain preferences in your browser's localStorage. Unlike cookies, localStorage data is never sent to our servers — it lives entirely on your device and is only read by the Partzer application running in your browser.
The following data may be stored in localStorage:

None of this localStorage data contains personal information and none of it is transmitted to Partzer servers. You can clear it at any time by going to your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage and clearing the Partzer origin, or by resetting your browser data.
5. Third-Party Cookies & CDN Requests
Partzer loads certain UI assets from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs). These requests do not set cookies but may log your IP address as a standard part of serving the asset. The external resources used are:

All frontend libraries and fonts are self-hosted on our own domain — no third-party CDN requests are made when you use Partzer.
We do not embed any advertising networks, social media widgets (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram), or analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) that would set third-party tracking cookies.
6. We Do Not Use Tracking Cookies
To be explicit about what we do not use:
- No advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- No social media tracking pixels
- No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting technologies
- No A/B testing or personalization cookies beyond the session cookie
We will update this policy and the cookie reference table if this ever changes.
7. Managing & Disabling Cookies
You have full control over cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View all cookies currently stored by your browser
- Delete individual cookies or all cookies for a specific site
- Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
- Set the browser to warn you before accepting cookies
Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Important: Blocking or deleting the Partzer session cookie (connect.sid) will log you out of your account and prevent you from logging back in until cookies are re-enabled for this site.
To clear localStorage preferences stored by Partzer without affecting cookies, open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to Application → Local Storage, select the Partzer domain, and delete the entries listed in Section 4.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if we add new features that involve new storage technologies. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically, particularly after major updates to the Service.
